Steering Wheel Control interfaces allow installation of a new aftermarket car stereo head unit into a vehicle whilst maintaining use of the existing steering wheel volume, track up and down and mobile phone answering controls if factory fitted. This steering wheel interface connects to a compatible car stereo which MUST have either a 3.5mm jack input connection or a 3 wire input on the back of the stereos wiring harness labelled for steering wheel controls. It is designed to work with branded and non branded stereos that have this option. Please check that this is compatible with your vehicle before you buy. If it is not compatible then this will not work. Mobile Phone Buttons Support feature allows you to use phone buttons on the steering wheel if already factory fitted with any compatible an aftermarket bluetooth head unit you install. Most Japanese brands such as Kenwood, Pioneer, JVC, Sony, Alpine and Clarion will suit this fascia. If you are fitting a non-branded unit from china with brands such as EONON and Xtron, there is a VERY high possibility YOU will have to modify this panel to suit the stereo and accommodate it in your dash and it could be a possibility that your radio will not fit this panel at all. Branded units come with a ing cage and in most cases fit depending on the car. If the one supplied with the stereo does not fit the fascia then you must purchase a universal cage kit separately from us. China units in general never come with a ing cage.
