I'm dissatisfied immensely and will not be using this seller again

I purchased a pair of earrings. I picked one of them up proceeding to apply it to my ear, It broke/fell apart before it even touched my ear. That is totally messed up. I was asked to take a photo of the earrings,I submitted the photo and I'm still waiting and waiting for a reply. I'm sending another photo just case.
