Kohler UNDERSCORE® 60X30 IA BATH, LH

We love the kohler soaking tub. It arrived well packaged and was exactly what we were looking for to replace our old cast iron tub. The sides are higher then the average bathtub so be prepared to climb in, instead of step in. The rectangle overflow gives it a modern flare. You do need to order the drain separate. We did use mortar under the tub to give it added strength even though it wasn't suggested.

Wow, so it shipped with NSD, who was a joke from start to finish although I did receive it on the original quoted date from Amazon, after was told it would be here a week early and then it showing that in was in rochester 2 weeks early. Well anyway the Hassel started with Amazon marking it canceled after the shipping co.pany said I refused delivery. That was not the case. Waited another 2 weeks and long customer service calls trying to figure out what happened. Well tub finally got here, opened up the top to insure it was not broken, which there is a Crack in the lip, where the drywall meets tub. Not happy but okay, so I decided I'd live with it and get to installing it, well I notice now that I can see the front the bottom right corner fiberglass face is chipped about the size of a half dollar, really not happy now. Unfortunately I will have to live with this tub because it's going on about 12 weeks of logistics problems since we've started this bathroom and can no longer screw around. I guess I'll end up gluing a piece of floor trim in front of it to hid the flaw. Hopefully it holds up because I don't wanna do this again. As expensive as this product is I expect more, ultimately not happy with the money spent, feel as though I should be getting a discount here but I'm not holding my breath. I will say Amazon customer service was excellent at helping contact the logistics company to find out what was going on. As for the tub, as nice as it looks, it's not worth the money even if it bares kohlers name. Wish I would had trusted the bad reviews because they were spot on

Tub is nice. we had no time to send back, so we made it workthe over flow and drain are not centered to eachother so all measurements we took befor tub was delivered so we could DIG a spot for drain were off,

It’s broken, I’ve started a return 20 days ago and the date for a refund keeps changing farther alway.Estimated refund is in 42 days if it does not change again.

This tub is very tall. It is about 6” higher than the one it replaced. Step in feels solid. You have to buy the overflow drain separately so don’t forget as it is made for the tub.All in all I really like to look of it.

Very attractive. Can’t wait to fill her up!
