I am extremely happy with this product! I bought them to carry in my service dogs pack for emergencies on the go for pots episodes. We are currently in Florida on vacation and it's warm lol I've needed to take them a couple times now and they've helped me tremendously and worked pretty quickly. The value is great price wise in my opinion. And while I wouldn't use them for my daily intake, the strength is good for those times I need to get sodium in quick. The peach flavor is good and doesn't taste overly salty either. I'll be buying again.

My only complaint with these is the sugar content. I would prefer if they were stevia or monk fruit sweetened (or not sweetened). They are also extremely sour, so if that's something you're not into, don't get these! Otherwise, they taste good and get the job done!

I was recently diagnosed with POTS, which means I need to increase my sodium and water intake to better manage my symptoms. I've used the electrolyte powder packets that you add to water in the past, like Liquid IV and LMNT, but I didn't enjoy the flavors or the higher sugar content (I know LMNT has no sugar, but the others usually do).
