How much weight can the small hooks hold?

I have hung around 30 pounds on them and it doesn’t seem to be any problem. these are small but very sturdy.

What size screws come with these hooks?

Hook screw size: 20mm/0.8‘’ Length 4mm/0.16'' Diameter

Would you say that using two hooks to hang one thing (instead of one hook) increases the amount of weight that can be supported?

It can increase the weight, but you have to make sure that what the hooks are being attached to will support the weight as well.
