(Renewed) Lenovo Intel 4th Gen Core i5 4300U 12.5-Inch (31.75 cms) 1366x768 Laptop (8 GB/500 GB HDD/Windows 10/MS Office 2019 /Intel HD Graphics 4400/Black/1.61 Kg), ThinkPad X240

This is a very old Laptop... Manufactured in 2014, now you can imagine the ware and tare of the Laptop. The only reason I bought was due to the size. There was many scratches more then expected and the laptop gets heated quite fast. The key board also has arabic letters probaly somebody form middle east used it and dumped it. I am very much familar with the features of X240 since I use the same for my official purpose. Its not wortha but for this price. Amazon shold come up with a policy not to have Laptops on sale which are older than 3 years as it will be disappointing for the buyer.

Good product works pretty well and worth the price

The product comes in nice packaging . The laptop looks as good as new with hardly any wear and tear. Although its gets heat up but settles down after a while. The charger stopped working in few days and than i contacted the seller and he immediately sent me a replacement on priority. I recommend this product.

AFTER approxmately 3 MONTHS of use:charging wire got issue in Month of June, no replacement as of 4th July 2020. No propose response from vendor. They are asking us to call mutiple phone number to get it replaced. Warrently was for 6 months.THIS IS THE ISSUE WHEN RECEIVED LAPTOP FIRST TIME:Battery not lasting more than 20-30mins. Sudden jump down in %of battery more than 40-50%Surprised to see bad quality from Lenovo.This is observed in first 2days after got laptopContacting seller for replacement, let me see how it goes.>> they asked us to update some sofatware to fix the issue.

Initial complaint: Battery no. 1 (internal) was not present and no2.(external) was very weak and after a full 100% charging , battery was not lasting more than 1 to 1.5 hour.Services: Supplier quickly arranged for a technician in Kolkata to diagonise and rectify the problem with the internal battery which was not connected earlier. Since then, the laptop is being used for office work . Over all, the performance is very good and batteries are able to give ~ 2.5 hrs. life.The laptop is worth the costs. Services of the supplier is very good and commendable.

Its nice and has no issues thanks to the seller ..

Keys don't type the characters intended to type. Word is not getting configured and on the top of it Amazon customer service don't care to accept the return. Never ever buy this.

System slow but good support from vendor and resolution
