FAR/AIM 2020: Up-to-Date FAA Regulations / Aeronautical Information Manual (FAR/AIM Federal Aviation Regulations)

My wife and I are working towards our private pilot certificates, and this book is one of the required texts for the ground school course. The only complaint I have is that it does not include part 107. I am a part 107 pilot already, so I was disappointed to see that this particular edition did not include that part.Again, you do not need part 107 to become a private or commercial pilot, so don't take that as a major hit against this book unless you want to pursue your part 107 at some time as well as your private or commercial certificate.Still a better love story than Twilight.

nice book but it is what it is when you have to read a topic like this

Every student pilot should have this book. It is much easier to get information from paper than from computer; thought, this particular printing is missing 1 section that is needed. Part 21 (14 CFR Part 21) is not in the book. I'm not sure if this is an error in printing or if the FAA just didn't request it to be in the book for some reason. I only need 2 very small parts of that section, so not a big deal. Everything else is in there. Great seller. Book arrived way ahead of schedule.

ASA's book is MUCH more easily readable than the "other" publisher (which I purchased by mistake). The type is larger and the spacing between the sentence also slightly larger.

Just as eye burning as any other, but I didn’t realize there’s no index in the back to help looking things up. Would recommend the asa version for that reason.

This version is less glossy than the ASA version, has no color images, the sections are stacked on top of each other instead of offset per section. It's also thicker. This is going to be difficult to study with.

Low quality paper, Very small print, Color Pictures that are an important part of the Federal Regulations are Black & White, some of the print is Blurry and difficult to read ! This is a Sky Horse re-print and they have a history of poor quality ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER ! ! !

Poor quality paper - highlighter bleeds through the pages. Pay a few extra bucks and go with ASA instead.
