Carbon's Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Flour Mix, Original, 32-Ounces

What can I say? This is the same mix that most restaurants use for their waffle mix. If you have ever been to a hotel and had one of their self-serve hot breakfast waffles, this is it. This mix is flavorful and really makes fluffy waffles if you follow the directions and use a good waffle maker.Highly recommended! Bring fruit and an appetite we're having waffles tomorrow!

This waffle mix is the best, apparently it’s the one used at the Disney resorts as well as many other hotels. I followed the recipe on the packaging, flair was great as well as it perfectly cooking. I made these last year when camping at Disney fort wilderness with my grandson. It certainly played up the Disney effect. This was liked by all. I’ve already ordered another package of mix for our upcoming annual Disney camping trip.

If you like the taste of malt in waffles and pancakes, this one is good. To me, it tastes like what I've gotten in a regional diner that has great waffles and breakfasts. I couldn't find a malt mix locally so turned to Amazon where I thought there was, also, a limited offering. I did think the price was high for the item but was about the same as other brands I found on the internet. Not sure why so high. However, because I wanted the malt flavor and knew I wouldn't be using it on a regular basis, I went ahead and ordered.

One time we had a Minnie Van driver tell us that this is the mix Disney uses to make their famous Mickey waffles and trust me it doesn’t disappoint. So good!!

Using the directions on the package for pancakes resulted in very thin pancakes.I have used this product in many hotels for waffles and when I read it can also be used for pancakes I thought I would give it a try. For Pancakes it is just OK.I will note that Carbon's has a product "ROBBY'S BUTTERMILK Pancake Flour Mix" which might be better for those looking for Pancakes vice Waffles".

This is the best waffle/pancake mix. It is a perfect copycat of Walt Disney World’s pancakes.
