Clean look, easy to refill, and sturdy
Purchased this for work. It was easy to mount onto the wall and fairly straightforward to put in a roll of paper. It looks great with our space! It's good quality and easy to clean and great value for the price.

arrived on time. replaced an existing unit made by Tork. This is used in a commercial coffee house so it gets lots of use. assembly went smoothly and there was no damage to the product. the lever works great and the customers are happy.

Great for kids
The York paper towel dispenser is working out perfectly for our school. Kids no longer pull down 4 sheets of regular paper towels.

This is seriously a great product to have in your house! We have 3 bathrooms. The one my husband uses off of the laundry one we have this Tork dispenser in. It is a GAME CHANGER! No more having my good hand towels destroyed when he comes in from working in the garage. When we bought our house 5 years ago, there was already a Tork Matic Paper towel dispenser in that bathroom. We kept it as it seriously is a good idea. When our neighbor comes over her kids like to use it because it's a novelty to have in the bathroom lol. I wouldn't use one in the guest bathroom - but in the back bathroom that really only he uses, absolutely! This replaces the previous because seriously, I wanted the white. Goes with the rest of the bathroom. highly recommend

Works well/easy to install.
I installed 6 of these as our school. They had lever action paper towel dispensers before and the kids just wasted a lot of paper. These dispense just one towel at a time. They were easy to install and no paper waste.

Poor design, easy break
I purchased two of these dispensers at the same time. The first one broke after one month and the second in less than six months. In both cases, it was the plastic piece that helps to hold the paper towel roll in. Now we have a lot of paper towels and no dispenser.
