Love this product, just what I needed to bring up my low D levels. Be aware this is the 4000units. It's not an average daily dose. Good for treating a clinical deficiency. Vitamin D is actually a hormone & not one to be overdone. It frees up calcium in the intestines but you'll need k2 to push this calcium into the bones. Too much D can offset your A levels as well. If you're on certain medications , it can lower your D levels as well, so this product has been a lifesaver. Small gel caps, easy to swallow. Make sure to take with a meal to enhance absorption. I also like that these use an olive oil base instead of safflower or soybean oil.

I have been taking this product for 5 years. I'm mainly taking it for Vit. D deficiency and my six month lab results have been showing improvement in my blood levels. Also, I am very happy with this product since it doesn't have any extra fillers. I'll continue to purchase this product in the future.

I'm assuming this product works (I've been taking the pills for a couple of days but won't know how effective they are until my next blood test). Like other reviewers, I appreciate the small size; however, I'm knocking off one star for bad packaging – the 100 pills only fill about one-fifth of the containter, what a waste.

I was diagnosed with Hashimotos thyroid disease in 05 after my son was born. My Endo finally checked my vitamin D and indeed I am deficient. I noticed a huge improvement in my skin and nails after I started taking these vitamin D supplements.

Nature's Life Super D-3, 4000 IU, 100 Softgels Nature's Life Super D-3, 4000 IU, 100 Softgels - it was difficult finding a basic D3 vitamin that had few ingredients added. This product was the best that I could find. If anyone can find a better one please post. As a side note I did find one D3 vitamin that advertised itself as a "Certified Organic Tablet". Really? What agency/organization does this certification? This other product listed the ingredients as "organic corn maltodextrin, organic potato starch, organic corn syrup solids, organic gum Acacia, organic rice ext." If you have to list the word "organic" that many times, then you probably aren't. Seriously folks - always read the ingredients on anything you put in your body. Your body will thank you for it.
