Such a fun game to play with friends and family. Played it with our friends and played for hours. We have found it is easier to play with poker chips rather than the fake money, but that just might be us. Game is great quality and looks super nice. Would highly recommend !

Great game fun for get togethers

My friends & I play this game all the time!! I have this one for home & 1 for camp. We've taken to party's & people end up ordering it because they love it so much. This board is nice because its painted & lacquered. Comes with dice, cards & fake money but we only use the dice, our own cards & quarters!! Only thing is I wish it had a better, more sturdy box to keep it in.

Nice product fair value

Every year we buy a family game and this was it for 2023. We played several rounds Christmas Night it was so fun. We used the fake money it came with, but it’s quite small (smaller than Monopoly money). I think we’ll switch to poker chips next time. We did pay outs in real money, which made the kids love it even more.The instructions are well written and easy to understand. You’ll be playing within minutes. It can get rowdy, so be prepared to have fun! Add some derby music and you’re in for a good time.Our ages playing (six of us) ranged from late teens to early 50s, but younger children would be able to play with some assistance to figure out what costs what. We had a good banker/caller that made it easy for everyone to know what they had to pay.Buy it and let the fun begin!

We are retired age adults and played this game at a neighbors party and enjoyed it so much I purchased it the next day. It is a game that requires no special knowledge or skills so all ages can have fun with it.

After reading other reviews, I decided to take a chance on this less expensive but fun looking version of the Horse Racing game. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The game is easy to learn, but no specific directions were included, and we watched an online video to learn. Haven't played it it with more than 2 people yet, but I think that would be much more fun. The money is very thin, and I think using your own coins would be better. I am satisfied with the look of the wooden board and horses-- the horses are permanently attached and arrived in the right order (as had been a problem in other reviews). Maybe someday we'll invest in a more expensive version, but this one satisfies our needs right now.

The game itself is super fun. The functionality of the board works, but it’s a little clunky as the pieces are so thin. I’m worried it won’t last long. The paper money is too small and hard to handle. I actually threw it all away. We’ll be using poker chips instead. The rounds go so fast and money is exchanged each time. The paper is too cumbersome to handle, organize, count, and divvy up between rounds. So, chips it is for us. Overall we love playing the game, I just wish it was made a little better for the price, and came with chips instead of tiny thin paper money.

This is such a simple, fun, and at times infuriating game to play with a group of somewhat inebriated friends. So, it's kinda like real gambling. We use poker chips to keep things simple, instead of the provided paper money. Other than that, we love it.

Good quality game that was fun to play and came with all the pieces, including cards, and a box to store it in to protect when not in use. No complaints here and worth the price.
