Looked locally for a similar product and I was unable to find anything comparable. This is a heavy, well made and designed swing hanger. This hanger allows for quiet swinging. Just what the wife ordered.

If you want to use it for something over 200 pounds, just get larger lag bolts, not the ones that come with it...I just needed it for a 40 pound heavy bag. Works great for that...

Nicely made, seem very sturdy, they are about to get a workout with my new swing... wish they would have included SS washers to spread the weight distribution over a wider area of the hole, so I added those and it seems to be just fine.

The hinges have performed well. No squeaking or issues. My biggest problem was with the screws provided. The nose of the screws does not have the thread out to the tip. It is smooth and pointed. This will probably work with a softer wood, but I was installing through a cement board facing into the stud behind. The hard cement board was impossible for the screw to start, even with a pilot hole. Buying proper lag screws from the local hardware store solved the problem. I got 3/8 in x 4 in lag screws for $6 for a set of 4. Factor that additional cost in if you are using with a hardwood or Hardy Board material.

Used this for an outdoor swing and it works perfectly.

I misunderstood and thought these swiveled forward backward and rotated 360° but it only swings forward and backward which is fine. These are strong and sturdy with appropriate screws which gives me 100% confidence in my workouts.

So It is easy for me to bolt these parts on a 2 x 6 wood stud. And the swing run the direction cross the wood stud. I found this works well for 2x6 wood which is 1.5 inch size for it. The other brand part most of them the swing direction is the same with the bolts direction, so not fit 2x6, only for 4x6.
