Can you use these for the upper molars as well?

I have never used those for the upper molars - only for the lower molars. In theory you could use those for the upper molars ..

Can you use it for bottom wisdom theeth?

Just like everything in the lower wisdon tooth area, if the tooth is fully erupted and there is plenty of room it will work great, the less room there is , if eruption is limited the device will not function as well. The device is not expensive and it's worth having around for whn it proves useful. I am a general dentist and don't use them every day. My friend is a pediatric dentist and uses them on nearly every patient.

Larger children, teenagers perhaps.

Not really as easy to use as described. Bulky, too stiff Pt complaint is uncomfortable 😣 and the suction slot it’s too narrow

Great for multiple posterior fillings

Great for Occlusal fillings . Holds tongue away and keeps cheek away . I put cotton roll lingual side under it and it works perfect . If you’re an EFDA definitely helpful or an hygienist that does sealants . They do wear out fast but are autoclave safe.
