I found this product after looking for a melatonin product to help me sleep. The reviews are what led me to purchase. I suffer with insomnia in various ways... either I cant get to sleep or I just cant stay asleep. I could fall asleep fine ut wake around 15 times a night.....exhausting. I was so frustrated. I've been taking this now for 3 weeks and I now am only waking once a night which for me is HUGE as I've not slept well for years. It took around 4/5 days to kick in and after 2 days of decent sleep I had one waking night again put persisted with it. I have the odd non sleep day but it's only been 3 weeks and regardless my sleep has improved ten fold. I feel alot more positive also. I have recommended this to over 10 people already, all have purchased and I am awaiting their opinions. I think to expect it to work 1st time is unrealistic...to expect it to work every single day is also unrealistic if you've had a long standing sleep issue for years. I seem to have one dodgee night a week which for me is still a massive improvement. The capsules arnt big, they ate easy to swallow. I usually take with my dinner around 6pm. I noticed the later I took it, the less effective it was. I was testing to see if it mattered on timing of taking the pill. It was less effective after 8pm although it would be in your blood and system. I think it's best when you take it at the exact same time every day. So I settled on 6pm every night and this last week has been the most effective so far. It seems to have also improved my nightmares which could just be coincidental. Because of such staggered light sleep I always had horrible dreams....so far none (thank goodness) defo worth a try and you have to be consistent with it. Dont expect 1st day or 1st week results, give it a chance.

I've always struggled to sleep, mostly waking up in the middle of the night multiple times and eventually only getting 6 hours of sleep and having to get up because I can't sleep anymore because my mind and body won't allow it even though I'm clearly still tired or waking up after 4 hours and twiddling my thumbs for hours until i see my phone again and see it's time to get up for work when I've not slept since 3am and thus being shattered at work. What this does for me is it gets you back to sleep pretty quickly after you awake whenever during the night so eventually you will accumulate 7+ hours of sleep and you don't have that feeling of stressing about getting back to sleep, it gives you that great feeling of being awoken by your alarm and knowing you've slept! And you don't have that feeling of being shattered everyday. And for me no drowsiness at all the next day after taking it. It's not a miracle cure, when you get into bed you won't instantly knock out and it won't make you sleep without disruption for 8 hours. But what it does is WHEN you wake up it gets you back to bed within a minute without you twiddling your thumbs and eventually you rack up 7+ hours and you feel refreshed. But give it 5 days to truly work.

I have had insomnia for years & have managed it with physical activities & prescription sleep aids like temazepam, zopiclone, zolpidem etc. Now my health has worsened I cannot take the above as it will react to the painkillers I now need. I have been prescribed a painkiller that is also a sleep aid, Amytriptaline. This worked really well until I had a severe reaction on the 3rd day, extreme heart palpitations (a reaction to the Tramadol I’m prescribed). Then I was given Norytriptaline which is not as effective as Amytriptalyne to help me sleep but does help with the pain. A friend suggested 5-HTP for sleep & I came across this product. I have been using the Neuro Night Complex for around 1/2weeks now, I saw results within a few hours of taking. I take them at 6pm to put myself to bed for 9:30pm, I’m asleep within 30mins, I know this because I have a 20-30mins YouTube video playing in the background & I don’t need to open my eyes, find another video & try to sleep again. I’ve given 2 of my friends who also have insomnia a 5 day supply to see if it’ll work for them. 1 is purchasing some for herself, could be that we’re all different & what works for some might not work for others. Also I want to point out that I do wake up @ 3-5am but that I can also easily fall back asleep. My problem was falling asleep, staying asleep & trying to fall back asleep effectively, so waking up early to easily fall back asleep is a small price to pay. I also want to say that I’m on 4 different painkillers almost all at the maximum dosage allowed, this plays havoc on my digestive system, cognitive functioning, sleep etc. If I wasn’t I would be able to give a review focused on the product alone, but with the medication I take it’s hard to do that. But, I will say that since taking the Neuro Night Complex I can fall asleep in less than 30mins, when I do wake super early I can fall back asleep within minutes (I don’t need to put another audio on). These tablets do help aid sleep and relax , however they can longer to kick in, I usually take 2 or 3. The taste is ...not the best. But would recommend

I purchased the product based on the numerous positive reviews. First night : the tablets made me feel drowsy dropping off an hour earlier than the usual 2am Second night : felt relaxed, but not drowsy this time. No gain in sleep. Laying awake as usual. Third night: Felt calm, but return of restless legs which had been inhibited. Fourth night : tablets had completely lost effect I have continued to take them in the hope they would get into my system and work. This hasn't happened. It would seem the body can fight against the positive effects of this product within days. For this reason, I would not buy again. To be truthful, I am disappointed for the price paid.
