I love these ceiling fans. They are the perfect color and match our traditional home perfectly. They have a vintage style and they are quiet and very well made. High quality. I am going to purchase two more. My only complaint is you cannot turn on/off with the wall switch. Its remote only.

I was nervous to order a fan online but it turned out to be a great product. It looks as good in person as it does online. Very solid construction. We already had the wiring for a ceiling fan but as it turned out the way this fan works it wasn’t needed. Regular wiring for a ceiling light was enough.It was easy to install but I didn’t do it myself so that was coming from someone who installs fixture all the time.The remote is really nice to use. Three speeds for the fan. There is a dimmer for the light on the remote. It’s the one thing I would improve so it goes a little dimmer. The lowest setting is a little bright for me.The fan is super quiet and what I love is that it doesn’t shake at all.I am buying two more next week to replace older fans we have.

The fan is beautiful. Goes great in my bedroom. I hired an electrical company to install as I was having 2 ceiling fans installed (one was from Home Depot and went up quickly). One of the men said he had installed many ceiling fans over the years. The only complaint they had that it was somewhat time consuming to install, thankfully 2 of them came as it took one to hold up the heavy base and the other to try and align the holes where screws go. The one trying to do the aligning had to lay his face against the ceiling and use a flashlight to see. Because the screw holes were so close to the edge of the rim they were concerned about being careful not to break it. The men suggested would have been better if holes were drilled about an 8th of an inch lower. Remote is easy to use and I like having no chains hanging down.

Overall, I really like the fan and am pleased with its performance. It is extremely difficult to install, but once we finally got it in it works well. It is also quite a bit more yellow in color than the images suggest (see photo).

Been contemplating this fan for a while (because of price). So when I saw the price drop I purchased it for our guest room, it looks so amazing that I keep walking by to just see it! The remote was easy to sync and so handy to use. The fan is very quiet. I love it =)The one thing I would mention is that it is more of a cream color than Ivory. Worth the price!

This is the most impressive ceiling fan we have in our house. It is not only beautiful to look at but very substantial and is almost like a work of art. It is very noticeable as soon as you enter the room. My husband and I both love it.As far as installation goes, the only real difficulty in it is the weight of the base of the fan. It is ceramic and heavy. It will require more than one person to hold while connecting the power to the motor. Dropping the ceramic base would be disastrous. It will break if it is dropped, it's nothing like the typical fans on the market. Otherwise, it is like any other fan installation.The fan we purchased operates by remote control and we do not have any issues with it. You do have to set up the remote the same way you do a garage door opener with the learn button. Just read the instruction sheet; it is very simple to set up.

From a design perspective I was very excited to receive this item and could not wait until its arrival. From the day I received it which was June 1st, 2016 I had a licensed electrician install this item. From night one it was absolute misery as this fan had a horrible rattle that would not allow me to sleep as it was installed in my bedroom. At first I thought maybe my electrician was an idiot who did not install it correctly and so I called a different electrician to reinstall it. The second electrician could not figure it out either. I contacted Lamps Plus to have one of their technicians come out and take a look, they forced me to wait another week for one of their technicians to come out with a replacement (They never replaced the item) the technician believed he had fixed the issue. Rather than replace the item Lamps Plus took the cheapest alternative and just try to fix what I had purchased and it continues to lightly rattle now. For the first 3 week of purchase I did not sleep. Now at almost a month mark my sleep is still badly disrupted by this item. Also the interior foil guard of the fan is coming off only one month in creating horrible shadows inside of the light fixtures. My fixture also looked used and had odd dirt located at the bottom of the unit that is not part of "The Vintage" look. Stay Away! Bad and lengthy Customer Service.
