this is NOT a carbon case, this is a case with a carbon finish.does a good job in protecting your (sun)glasses, but only handles pressure from directly above (or below) well. Sidepressure makes the whole case twist since it is only attached by 1 hinge on the back

Sorry, this case is just way too big for me! I wanted a good hard case for the Oakley glasses I bought, but this case is just far too big. The case is very strong and secure, but not ideal for the "light packer" who wants to protect his sunglasses from damage. If you want an "all man" case then this is for you, but your glasses will rattle inside the case.

good hard case...you know it wont break any time soon...is moving a bit when you move it side to side but my main issue which I gave 4 stars is the fact that is so hard sometimes to open it if u are holding something else on the other hand...u need both hands to open the case ...this is only my main issue but overall worth it

Although it's a well made case and up to the standards expected from Oakley I had to return the item as it didn't properly fit the Carbon Shift pair I ordered for.I was surprised as this is the case that Oakley supply with the glasses and which I had stolen and was seeking to replace,

After hearing it was carbon effect, I expected the finish to be a bit of a ‘Halfords performance printed carbon look’, but was pleasantly surprised by a soft touch fabric wrap that looks pretty smart. It uses a spring hinge instead of a clasp for closure. I have had the hinge spring fail on other glasses cases, so all fingers are crossed that it lasts.

I ordered these as I left my last case in my holiday rental car (thankfully I was wearing my sunglasses) so I needed a replacement. I ordered this case as I already have a similar case for my other glasses and it is strong and lasted years. However this case feels badly made, cheap and the hinges feel like they are misaligned. For the price I’m not very happy, but they’ll do the job, for now.

Very disappointed with the product. Looks to be a defective product. The case is nit aligned properly and has a gap. Not the oakley quality i was hoping for

I like this case over the zipped one as it's is smaller yet just as secure. Some people are saying the lid can be moved from side to side and while that is true it doesn't move the hinges so the build quality for me was as expected
