I just ordered a second one. It's attractive, and the construction is solid. I mounted it using the hooks and screws provided, which were adequate, but made me nervous because anyone bumping into it could knock it off the wall. I ended up putting small L brackets on the wall across the top to hold it on the hooks.It comes with detailed instructions on how to safely open the box and remove the product in case of return. These instructions are, of course, inside the box and beneath the product, making them pointless.

High quality and looks very nice. Was packaged really well and came with everything needed to hang on the wall. Will be using for some N gauge trains and hot wheel cars. If you are looking for a well built storage / display, this is it. Worth the money.

I am a professional cabinet making teacher and I can safely say this is one of those times it was just easier t buy it than build it. This product is of very high quality. The finish is excellent. All the shelves are dadoed in. The only issue I found is on the bottom shelf, which is the bottom of the cabinet the items displayed are partially hidden by the fame that supports the clear plastic. I fixed this by making a ½ in spacer or the bottom shelf to raise the items up slightly so the frame did not block their view. The parts and finishing would have cost far more than the price. The flocking at the back and sides was applied perfectly. All the hardware is brass and lines up perfectly. And I would have spent hours to build this and would have probably had about the same results. Just beautifully made...

An excellent product, well constructed. I purchased 4 of these a number of years ago. The outside width was 38" with a 37" width inside dimension. 4 pieces of kato n scale unitrack fit perfectly. The unit I received today the outside width was 37" with a 36" width inside width. Will have to modify the length of one unitrack.You need to change the dimension in your ad on Amazon.

This product was a little cheaper than a competing product on Amazon, and was shipping for free -- so despite having no reviews at the time I took the risk and bought it.I can say I am completely satisfied with the product. It was well packaged and arrived without damage. It is well constructed of good quality materials and looks great on my wall. My only negative comment is that the very top and very bottom shelves are slightly obscured by the width of the door frame. It would have been a bit better design to have made the frame sit fully outside of the area where your display items sit.

I purchased this to display my HO trains. It is a very nice looking case and appears to be well made. Each shelf holds about 6 standard size HO train cars (40ft box cars, or 1880s passenger cars) so the case itself will hold about 36 cars or smaller engines.I would make sure at least two of the mounting screws are in a stud as the case and cars end up being pretty heavy.Update 2/9/18. I've now purchase 3 of these. Obviously I like them, however the most recent case was 1 inch narrower than the other two. (37 inches wide instead of the listed 38 inches).

Great value, great quality. Product description was accurate. I purchased two units to check them out. I then purchased two more to complete my displays. If you are working from a budget but want a nice piece of furniture, you can't go wrong with this product.
