Large, practical, and affordable.
Bags fit securely in this, held down by twometal half circle metal ' handles'. It is light weight, easy to maneuver, and looks good doing so. With hands full, the flip lid is a great invention. Excellent pricing. Maybe I should get a second , for use as a laundry basket?

Holds enough
Received my package quickly. Quality is great. Very durable. Holds just enough. Light weight and the foot pedal for the can opener is a plus for hands free mode. Highly recommend the seller.

Solid
It works well, and requires virtually no assembly at all. The lid opens up about 4/5 of the way using the foot pedal to open the can, and it feels kind of flimsy like it might break with repeated use. For now it’s a solid trash can. It blocks odors well, I’d suggest pairing it with odor blocking bags.It runs pretty big and 13 gallon bags seem too small to use. I use 30 gallon bags in it. There is a clip to hold the bags in place inside the can but its functionality is questionable at best. At most it gets in the way and I just pull the bags down over the lip.

Cat proof
I bought two because I was looking for something that my curious cat could not get into. So far he has it figured out how to open the lid.

Ok for the money
The lid and it’s mechanism is finicky. Sometimes the lid opens up way too forcefully and too far and then locks and doesn’t close until you manually close it yourself with your hands. Sometimes the lid doesn’t open enough and you have to push the pedal down more forcefully, which then locks it in place until you manually close it with your hands. Sometimes if there is too much garbage, the lid won’t open at all, which is ok as an indicator that the bag is getting full, but frustrating if you’re trying to throw something away and out of the blue the lid ain’t opening. The bag holder system to keep trash bag in place is also finicky and a bit flimsy. Sometimes they don’t lock in place and the whole bag holder arm rises making the bag slip off the holder. Again, it’s not a deal breaker, nothing is always perfect but if you need a trash can with a lid, consider this one for the price. But if you’re looking for hands free product, look elsewhere before settling on this.

Great trash can
I love how it keeps the bag in place, very easy to take out the bag without fighting and touching the trash

I actively hate this trash can
Yes, 'Hate' is a strong emotion to hold towards an inanimate object, but I stand by my statement. The arm system or whatever they were going for that holds the bag open is a case of ignorant over-complication of a simple product, trying to solve a problem that wasn't there. For centuries you just secure the bag over the edge of the can, and the world functioned just fine. For some reason the fine folks at Glad, who ironically appear to have never taken out the trash, decided that two 1/4 inch plastic arms woud be enough to secure the weight of 13 gallons of household trash. Like putting your trash bag on a plastic hanger.Well, guess what? Unless you exclusively throw away tissue paper and whispers, the arms are going to buckle, making it a pain to get the back out.On top of that, the foot pedal mechanism has edges that will tear the bag once the arms have deserted you.As soon as I return from the store, Im going to use my new trash can to throw THIS one away.
