Gator G-Tour Lunchbox Amp ATA Tour Case - Large

I bought this case for a Blackstar HT-20RH MK II guitar amp head. Unfortunately, the interior dimensions proved to be too large for my amp to provide the needed protection for transport and rough handling. You'd have to stuff a bunch of loose cushioning material around the amp to keep it from getting jostled inside the case. I can see this case working well for a Marshall DSL20HR, Marshall Origin 20 Head, and possibly and Origin 50. According to the official specs, a Blackstar HT Club 50 Mk II will fit. According to the published specs, the Medium size G-Tour case from Gator is about 1/2 inch too narrow inside to hold my amp. I ended up exchanging this case for a Gator G-LIGHT1911 padded gigbag (lighting gear case) with interio dimensions of 19" x 11" x 11". Not the same level of protection but better than nothing; although that case offers no impact/shock protection like the G-Tour, it does protect it from rain, snow, dust, and temperature extremes.

High quality and an amazing price. Using it for my EVH 5150 LBX stealth lunchbox head. Wish they still made the small case as I needed to add more foam. But once I added phone it works perfectly. It’s also pretty light

I ordered this case to put my Mesa Boogie Mark V 25 into for when I take it on gigs. The case comes with additional padding that can be velcroed in. I have to remove two of the little foam bars for the amp to fit, but after I did that, the amp fits great and I have no doubt even if I dropped that case, my amp would survive. One tip though, take out the absorbent packet as soon as you get it. I did not and found it was leaking the liquid inside. But after chunking it, the case it dry now. I also added a vinyl stencil of my intials and it turned out great! Perfect template for customizing.

It works great for me, I have to micro amps and all my cables in it. Solid box great protection!

Across the board Gator makes great cases at a reasonable price. I didn't purchase this case for an amplifier head so I can't speak to how one would fit. I purchase the case based on its dimensions. I am using the case to store an Chauvet Hurricane Hazer and an extra bottle of fluid. I own 10 or 12 gator cases and they are all well made. The latches are strong and hold well. The handles are spring loaded and don't feel like they are going to rip out of the box. The lid has never gotten loose or had trouble aligning. If this Gator case is the right size for what you need to store/protect I recommend it.

Love this case! Fit perfect for what I needed it for which was a MilkMan 1/2 n 1/2 300 head. Thoroughly protected and secure.

Great case. Much better than expected. I like the handles. The weight is fairly heavy, but not too heavy. Very solid case. The only downside is the smell at first, which eventually dissipates.

Great product. Got the larger model and I could fit my Mesa Mark IV short head without issues. The additional removable foam made it perfectly tight around my amp. Heavy but sturdy. Definitely a good investment for keeping your amp safe.

compre dos ejemplares, uno para mi Blackstar HT 5 HR, modelo cabezal, cabe perfecto y protege de maravilla. El otro uso para guardar mis otros equipos como interface steinberg UR44, power amp ISP power stealh, Control CC121 Steinberg, y otros equipos de mi home studio, protege muy bien, tiene buen shock absorb, es decir, absorbe muy bien los golpes y protege los equipos sin ninguna preocupación.Lo recomiendo, no solo para aquellos que van de gira, también en casa, porque hace que el estudio sea mas ordenado.

Cercavo un case capiente e robusto e questo è esattamente quello che mi serviva. Decisamente pesante (15Kg) ma praticamente indistruttibile. Sarebbe stato ideale dotarlo di rotelle visto che pieno diventa un macigno.

This case is so perfect for my amplifier Blackstar HT5 RH, it is very hard and the weight is not so bad, 5kgs plus the amplifier, easy to carry anywhere.I recommend it a lot. Perfect for mini amplifiers.
