This is perfect for organization, where it was small enough, but had enough Features to make sure our coats and shoes were set in a proper place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a coat and shoe rack at good price

I purchased this for my kids' room as a place for sweatshirts, backpacks, shoes, etc. First off, through what was described as a "technical glitch", my purchase was routed incorrectly and arrived 5 days late.I take responsibility for not taking an inventory of every part before I began assembly... but once the frame was put together, the box was empty, and it became apparent that the rack was NOT what was shown in the pictures. I ordered this because I liked the aesthetic and functionality of the wooden shelf above the metal shelf as shown in the photos. Guess what? There is no wooden shelf. It was obviously not in the box, not noted in the instructions, no place to attach an additional shelf on the frame... Looking through the product description in more detail, it does in fact look like this item has only the one metal rack/shelf. The product photos are NOT the item you will recieve. So now I am torn between going through the inconvenience of disassembly/repackaging to send it back, or just keeping it even though it is not what I wanted. At this price point, I was expecting what was shown in the product photos. If all you need is a basic, utilitarian coat rack, I imagine you can find one for significantly less.

The idea and look of this item is great but, there were a few too many issues with the one I received. As you can see in the photos, one of the screw inserts was shoved much farther down then the other. This was not discovered until I had it fully assembled and went to place the final screw. I luckily had a screw that fit which I was able to substitute but then to top it off, I got it fully assembled and set up thinking something was still missing from it. I went back to my order and realized I was completely missing the wood shelf. I hope something is done to make this right.

The shelf itself is great. It’s sturdy and functional. But the wooden shelf shown in the pictures was not included. That’s a huge disappointment because I was looking for the extra storage on that shelf and the black frame with the wooden shelf would have matched the rest of the furniture in that room.

The image depicts a bench/seat. There was not one included in the box nor was it depicted in the directions.

I made the mistake of not reading recent reviews. There is no wooden shelf, which is what tied this piece into the rest of my furniture. Very disappointed about this

You're going to get a different shelf than you paid for. There's only a shoe bench, no shelf.

J'étais à la recherche d'un porte de manteau qui ne prend pas trop de place pour mon entrée et je suis ravie! Ce porte manteau est simple et beau, il habille bien mon entrée. Semble solide et plutôt facile à monter (va plus vite à deux), mais possible seul.

I purchased this as the rack I had attached to the wall couldn't cope with the coats I put on it. Used to fall down about once a year.I did quite a thorough check of the search results and this one in my opinion based on product reviews came out well, whereas a lot of the cheap and nasty chinese ones had issues with no screws, or screws not fitting in the holes.Having received the package it was well packaged and easy to take out. Components are labelled and instructions are quite easy to follow. It took me around 15 minutes to assemble on my own, mainly due to using the provided allen key rather than a drill/driver which would have saved me at least 5 minutes.The stand looks good, it's pretty sturdy and currently has 10 coats (some of which are really heavy duty) and 3 pairs of boots on it.For the price, it's pretty much as good as you are going to get on Amazon without having to add another £100 to the price.I highly recommend it
