New Turbo VGT Solenoid Actuator For 2003-2010 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke & 04.5-16 GM Duramax Diesel 6.6L

Vgt solenoid ford f350 6.0. Worked well

My 2004 F250 was throwing some codes and this was one of them. Checked with several of the local auto parts stores to buy the part and then checked Amazon. Getting it here saved me quite a bit of money and it worked perfectly.

Caused overboost of 38psi at WOT in 2006 duramax, normally 29psi (similar to other reviews), excessive black smoke and MPG dropped to around 10mpg due to excessive fuel. I reinstalled original part to restore normal operation (this was the only part replaced to obtain normal operation) and don't see how it would be possible to have installed incorrectly. I do not recommend this part for anyone. I change this part as preventative maintenance, had no issues with performance of truck prior to installing and wish I never installed this part.

Do not waste your time and money buying this aftermarket junk. Buy the oem part. I installed this on my 2003 f350 6.0 powerstroke and it made it run like garbage,the motor sounded like if it was going to blow up

Works as expected!

Junk!!!! This vgt solenoid does not work at all! It completely does not open the vanes on the turo. You won’t get any turbo spool or anything! Nothing.... put my old one back on when I tested the ohms and found that my old one was still good. The turbo spools again after I put the oldOne back on. This part is juuuuuuunk. Waste of $80 for me!
