Badia Organic Crystallized Ginger, 10 oz - Sweet & Spicy, Perfect for Baked Goods, Desserts, Sauces and Teas

Do you love using candied ginger in your baking? This is one of the best I have ever purchased. It has an intense ginger taste and is very fresh so the pieces are soft, not hard. It is evenly sized chunks, so it gives a good appearance in baked goods. It comes in a durable plastic container, and is excellent value for the money - the jar is substantially larger than it appears in their photo.

Tried many brands and I enjoy many but, Badia Organic is my #1. It has the hottest and best flavor. Mmm mmm mmmh! I also like the Australian one with the big chunks, but this beats that.

It's wonderful for an upset stomach, so I keep it on hand.

I ordered them because they are organic. They are tasty as a snack, but I had wanted them in my hot herbal tea. The pieces are very small and is a choking hazard when drinking the tea out of the thermos. I will eat them as a snack. The larger slices of ginger would be better for tea.

Great candy substitute & I enjoy it in fruit salad

I’ve been buying crystallized ginger for years. Medication for nausea leaves me wiped out and can’t take it. I can also put this in my purse for on the go if I need to.

I use these n molasses ginger cookies. Very nice texture with no fibers as I’ve encountered in other crystallized ginger
