Ms M...I am not really sure as I haven't tried to wash it myself. If I do need to clean it, I'd rather go with dry cleaning. I have a very expensive and beautiful faux fur throw that I've had dry cleaned a couple of times and it came back as if it were brand new. It stayed soft and did not shrink. Hope this helps.

Q: Im 5'6" usually wear a 3x top size. The last fur wrap i bout just barely closed an that was holding with 2 hands. Will I have that problem with this?

I’m 5’7” and 230 lbs. I wear a 3x or 2x depending on how the item is shaped. I have an “apple” shape. This wrap is A-lined shaped or bell shaped so it was tighter at the shoulder than at the elbow. It fit me perfectly and looked elegant. I do not like snug fitting clothes. Hope this helps. Mrs H
