After the other tapes I'd tried for a 6-mil plastic vapor barrier over unfaced insulation failed and came loose after a few days, I resorted to duct tape, and I ordered this one primarily based on price. I didn't notice at the time that the dimensions were a bit odd, so opening the box was a big surprise. I didn't know they made duct tape this wide! As it turned out, wide worked a lot better than regular-sized tape for my purposes.This tape is extremely sticky -- it not only holds the cut edges of the 6-mil well, it also sticks very well to the heavier plastic of the air-barrier boxes around the outlets and switches. It also sticks to my fingers and to itself awfully well; I had to use short pieces rather than long because it's so thin and floppy that the longer pieces invariably became sticky snarls. I used scissors to cut it, but it tears by hand with very little effort, in either direction. To date, I've used a one and a quarter rolls, and I'm very pleased.

I needed a brown tape to hide some...….boo-boos....at the top of a door frame, until a better solution could be found. Just by peeling the tape, I could tell: this was not true Duct, Duck, or Gorilla tape. This tape is quite thin. I needed to measure-off the length, then tare the width; not possible. The length was easily torn, but the width did not tare evenly; I never had that happen with the majors. There simply are not enough support strands to keep the tape supported, to the left and right, as I was taring. Usually, one can tare-off a piece of Duct tape, then re-tare the width, not possible with this thin stuff. The adhesive is not nearly as strong as the majors, particularly Gorilla. Color was even..... There isn't any way I would use this for actual duct work, repair work, or reinforcement.

I debated the review of this product. On one hand it’s on of a few wide duct tapes available, on the other its thin compared to most, which mean it years easily which is both a problem and a benefit. It’s easy to which means you can easily crate smaller pieces or thin strips. But It’s also easy to tear which means it’s difficult to tear a full sized strip without tearing off small pieces. Just pull slow and tear slow and you will be fine. The adhesion seems fine, not an extreme adhesion, but I tend to dislike the gorilla type thick adhesion that leaves a residue in surfaces. This adhesion is much lighter but does the job. I would call it a lightweight wide duct tape. Fairly durable, but not too thick so I would question a long term use

I wasn't going to bother with a review for duck/duct tape - it's just generally a great item to have around the house - then I finally got a reason to use the new roll. This tape is super smooth, tears extremely easily, and sticks very well (to cardboard in this case) without sticking all over my hands. There were only a few loose "threads" along the side when tearing (I used a quarter of the roll), but they were easy to stop and did not continue on forever like a name brand I usually buy in the big box dept/hardware stores. Given the choice, this is the tape I want to keep in the car for emergencies.

Great roll of tape. I actually bought it to put strips inside my patio where I have millipedes come in at night. Especially since it got cooler out. I also found it is great for catching the garter snakes that come in under my door sweeps. They crawl on it and can't get off. Love it and will reorder when it's almost all.

I bought this to seal up the HVAC duct seams which had come loose over time. The width saves you from having to use 2-3 strips to get a good seal. The tape peels off the roll easily given its width and, importantly, tears easily. It will occasionally fold over on itself, but if you stick one end to your pants leg as you tear the other end off, it works well.

Sticks like crazy! A tad difficult to work with as a result, but I can't complain because that's pretty much the point! This is exactly the product I needed; I was dubious that I could even find a high quality roll of duct tape this wide, but it didn't disappoint! Couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you. suzette

I have been using gaffer tape for years on film shoots and decided to buy a roll quickly online. This one was a lot wider than the standard width (my fault for not checking the measurements). The tape seems thinner than the usual cloth feel that gaffer tape normally has and seems to be a lot harder to tear in a straight line due to this lesser structural make.

Great for making quick work of big temporary jobs like installing the AC. I thought it was a bit pricey but it’s worth it. You get a massive roll of tape and I’ve been able to use it to install 3 air conditioners and still have have the roll left.I will definitely buy it again. It’s not crappy quality, low adhesion dollar bin tape.

Use this to cover xlr cables over carpet. Does not leave residue and you only have to run it once to cover 5 cables. Very happy with the purchase

地味で落ち着いた色合いの物が欲しくて購入。タン色革椅子の裂け目の補修にも使えて早速役立っています。試しに乾いた腕の皮膚に2㎝程の長さを張り付けて風呂に入ってみましたが、10分程湯舟に浸かっていても全く剥がれませんでした。水が掛かる様な局面でも取り敢えずという感じでは使用できそうです。
