Love this pot!
Last week I made a pot of soup in the pot and corn bread in the lid. My husband thought I was a genius to come up with that idea!

Dry it on the stove!
This is a nice pot. I have used one since I was a child and was surprised when I first received this one. Mine have always been smooth on the inside so I was concerned when this one was not. It cooks well and I am pleased with the outcome of my food.

This thing is great!
This thing is awesome. We have used and abused this thing and it still works great. It was the answer to "which cast iron piece should I start with for cooking while camping". The depth works great for deep frying or regular cooking. The lid can be left on to prevent grease from popping out or use it has a griddle. Nice easy cooking overall.

No Complaints
These came well-packaged, so you don't have to worry about damage from normal handling. Mine arrived just fine.I wish there were more to write, but it's just a simple, no-nonsense product. One thing I should mention is that it has a gritty, almost sandpaper-like finish. You would have an easy time striking a "strike anywhere" match on it. It's not a drawback. I only mention it because my other cast iron pan is smoother. This one is not likely to slip in your hands.If cast iron is looking for and a better grip is what you seek, this will do just fine.

Pot looks great but sent the wrong size
Wrong pot sent. Sent the 3 qt not the 5 qt. It looks great but I returned it as I needed a 5 qt.

Very heavy great for stovetop or oven
It’s taking me a few try’s to gage to internal temperature for cooking in the pot, because it gets so heat I might not need to cook food as long .. great product exactly what I was looking for in a cast iron product
