Arrived well packaged. Perfect color, size and strong. One was missing a part so I contacted customer service. CS was prompt to reply and sent out a new set!!! I was quite impressed with how courteous and truly caring CS was!!

Better than I thought that would be

We bought these to put pan of water on top of wood stove. They are attractive, heavy and sturdy. A little pricey but for the quality worth it.

I just received my second order of these trivets; I use them for plant holders. The first three are perfect, and so I thought I was good on the second order. Clearly they sourced them from a different manufacturer, and quality control went down. The main issue is that the feet are not even, so they rock around. I also noticed that the iron is thinner. They will work for my purpose, but I will be looking for someone else to order three more.

The trivets have weight to them, and they seem to be very well made. I like the design.

the box of 3 trivets was well received and much nicer than I expected.The surface of the trivets are attractive, thick black coating, and not slippery when used under cast iron pans.The weight is great, not flimsy at all.The rubber feet make for protecting any surface, and none of the trivets were wobbly.There are thin flimsy metal rings attached on the bottom so you can hang the trivets as a decoration on a wall, but I am positive you will have to replace the rings as they likely would not hold the weight of the trivets.I would definitely buy these trivets again if I needed more.
