Easy to install, looks very good, price is right
I've replaced a few screens before. I normally get a new screen from a store so I can see the quality of the screen beforehand but due to covid I decided to try this online-only purchase. The screen was properly sized with generous extra over the door. The plastic tool worked fine. Doesn't look too sturdy but worked well for a single install. I was worried about the spline since I know there are different diameters. Was prepared to re-use the one that was on my broken screen but the new spline was the same size as the previous one so I got to replace that too. Screen looks very good, was easy to install and expect it will last as long as the previous one -that is until someone gets distracted and tries to walk through it. When that happens I will probably buy this one again.

Perfect for DIY takes 10 mins or less
This was perfect for my need. My apartment complex said they would charge $80 to replace the screen on the sliding screen door that my dog scratched 2 years ago and needed replaced. That's theivery. This kit was $9 for the screen and the tool to push it into the slot. Very easy to fix myself in 10 minutes. Just laid the door down and removed old screen, lay out the new screen on the door evenly and then started in center of the top and pushed the rubber into the slot just making sure that it was pulling the screen from the side i was working on not the other side and on the last side just pull tight as you go. Used a utility knife to trim when done, replaced the handle, hung up the door and tightned the screws into the runner and it was done! Other tools needed are a screwdriver to remove the handle of the door, a utility knife to trim excess off, and scisssors to trim where the utility knife didnt trim close enough. This saved me $72!!! Good deal!

Good for RV screen door
Great for RV screen door. Not heavy duty, but it fits with enough room to lay spine and is not super flimsy.

Great kit but spline did not fit my frame - still highly recommend!
Great overall and easier to do and looked more professional than I'd anticipated. I did watch a youtube tutorial about how to stretch and roll the screen as you press in the spline, and also how to trim the excess afterward, which I do feel made a big difference in it coming out well. The included tool worked fine too. You have to be a little cautious with it since it's on the larger side and you could damage the screen material if you slip. The spline was very large for my window frame, no idea why or if this is a common problem. I was able to use the existing spline since only the screen material was damaged. I recommend removing your existing spline carefully and without cutting just in case you run into this same issue.Super happy to have it fixed overall!

Super Satisfied!!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCREEN REPLACEMENT KIT!!!Last year we bought a replacement screen kit from Home Depot and Installing it was a nightmare. The rubber spline beading that holds the screen in was too large a diameter and pressing it into the channel was a Herculean effort. Having never done this before we just assumed there was only one size spline and what we were dealing with was normal.Anyway, after the better part of an hour we got the spline completely seated all the way around and noticed as we were putting the door back on the track that the screen had torn from fighting to get the spline in.Frustrated, we just noted that we’d have to replace the screen again at some point. I ordered this kit about a month ago but due to how bad the Home Depot replacement went I was reluctant to go through it again.Very long story short I replaced it with this screen kit yesterday. I was done in twenty minutes. So easy. The screen fit perfectly, the spline went in without a struggle and the excess material trimmed off very nicely with a box cutter.Very, very satisfied!!!

One of the easiest DIY you can do.
I used to take my screens to our local hardware store and pay like $25 per screen to fix. Between 3 kids and 3 animals, we end up with holes in screens throughout the year. I saw a demo on TikTok on how to replace your own and how easy it is, so I grabbed this set.I like that it comes with the screen, gasket, and tool used to push the gasket in. It took me all of 10 minutes to remove and replace and the results were great. It looks really professional. My one tip, I used a flat head screwdriver to push in the gasket at the corners and this tore the screen a tiny bit. Stick to the tool they give you. The screen didn’t like the sharp edge of the screwdriver in the least. I’m sure the next one I do, I’ll be even that much better at it. Can’t beat the price and money saved!

Buy this! So easy to install!
For over a year our screen door had a huge hole in it from a friend's dog running right through it lol. I didn't want to pay for a whole new door. I came across this and thought it was worth a try for the price.I looked up a "how to" video online (I might have even just watched the videos on the listing) and it took me maybe 20 minutes! (and I'm not super handy but my husband was taking too long to get to it :P)It was the perfect size for our sliding screen door - just enough extra to hang over the edge and trim at the end.I do recommend having an "exacto/craft knife/tool" to trim the excess screen off at the end. Scissors don't get close enough to not have extra screen hanging out of the edges.
