An Excellent Book
This is an excellent book for training with resistance bands. It has a variety of excercises for all parts of your body so you can choose the one(s) yhat works best for you. Each exercise is explained in detail and each is illustrated. It tells you how to use resistance bands and offers a variety of programs to choose from. This book is a must for anyone planning to engage in resistance band training. Very practical and easy to ubderstand.

Provides an overall structure for training, how to set up your training program and a number of different exercises for various muscles. Very useful and short easy read.

Good Read
I found this book worthwhile because of the clear pictures and descriptions of the exercises. The multi function exercises was helpful. Didn't listen to the podcast.

For the novice it is useful
Beginners will appreciate the info because you'll be introduced to the fundamentals of the best form.of home workout outside a kettle bell one can find. Jim gives you solid advice and guidance. Experience d resistance band users will be disappointed with the lack of new exercises.and variations.

Only for Beginners Who never used bands before
Not a lot of variety in the exercises. Too much minutia and not enough detailed exercises. I would recommend to anyone except a beginner

Great book to start from somewhere
Liked the way in which the book rolled. Right from the basics of 'what' to move towards 'How'. First and foremost for anyone getting into a journey is to start the process .

Excellent
This was the first book by James Atkinson that I bought. I had been looking around for a safer method of training being a senior. I had heard about resistance bands and decided to give them a try. That was when I started looking for 'how to' books to assist in my training. I perused a lot of books on Kindle but was having a problem finding one that helped me. That was when I discovered this book. It explains in great detail how the exercises should be done for maximum effect. It also gives variations including for seniors. The illustrations are excellent showing exactly which muscles are being trained. Recommended workouts are presented too in case you don't want to put together your own workout. It plans or shows you how to plan your training for subsequent sessions. It is well written and easier to understand than many other books covering the subject. Thoroughly recommend. After this book I purchased 4 other books from the same author and have been highly satisfied.

Waste of money
It’s a complete waste of money. It doesn’t say anything, very few exercises.Better to buy a more expensive book that contains any information in it.
