For the price this is a surprisingly good chair. I waited to review this so I could get some decent "seat time" in it...For background, I broke my back in 3 places years ago and have a REALLY hard time finding chairs I can sit in for any length of time. I needed a chair to work in and took a chance on this one.The quality is surprisingly good for a chair at this price. The cushion is comfortable and the mesh back is nicely supportive. The lumbar support doesn't do much as it's set too far back to really be effective, but the shape of the frame and sturdy mesh back do a good job of supporting this area.It is not made for taller people (I'm 6'2") so the headrest at its highest only makes it to my lower neck/upper back. It is a bit narrow, and I wish the armrests adjusted out, but it's comfy enough and I can't complain.The piston and tilt are solid! I'm 210lbs and this thing doesn't slide or leak down at all after a few months sitting in it. I tightened the tilt up considerably and it hasn't loosened at all either.For the price, this is a great home office chair. Comfortable to sit in for hours, sturdy and supportive. My kids have asked me to buy more for the desks in their rooms!

Quality product & easily put together. Comfortable & supportive to body. Very pleased with purchase.

Update - March 22, 2204: I was able to contact the company through their website. It took a couple of phone calls and emails before I heard back. Finally, after a few email exchanges, they offered to send me a brand new replacement chair free of charge. I've been using it for over a week now and it works great! I hope it doesn't break down again, but I'm happy they came through with good customer service. I am leaving 4 out of 5 stars because the chair did break before the warranty and they were a little slow in responding, but ultimately they did the right thing by replacing it. Will I buy another chair from this company in the future? It depends how well the replacement chair holds up. Next time, I might look around at other options, but I'm optimistic.Below is my original review.I bought this in April 2023. I'm writing this review March 1, 2024. The chair broke a few days ago. The gas cylinder is broken and the chair wobbles terribly. It's become very uncomfortable. I had a very favorable outlook on this chair in the beginning but I'm sad it didn't last longer, as I found it very comfortable up until the point it broke. For reference, I am well below the maximum weight listed for this product. I have not abused it in any way.Looking over the Customer Q&A's I see other people complaining about various parts of the chair (armrests, wheels, etc). Customers are directed to contact Noblewell through their official Amazon store. But guess what? There is nothing on their store other than ads for their other chairs. When I click on the warranty details on the product page I'm told to contact the seller directly. After some poking around I found their website. I filled out a form describing my problem and sent it. Presumably it goes to someone in China. I have yet to hear back from them.

First, this has one of the better set of directions and assembly processes I've seen in a while. It even included extra parts, if needed. It comes with a nice allen wrench. Putting together the chair was really easy! Once together, it's a great chair! Will start using it now, but so far so good.

Update: The tilt locking mechanism has completely given out. I've tried my my best to repair it but I think the mechanism itself is just shot as it's not gripping and holding down anymore.For the price, this chair is decent. It assembles easily and offers good support. However, after two years, the screws connecting the back and seat began to strip. Periodically, I've had to flip the chair and tighten the screws, but they continue to slip. I'm considering replacing the screws, though the issue may lie with the stripped threads in the bar attached to the back. I also swapped out the original wheels for premium ones almost immediately, which could influence my overall impression. Overall, it's an acceptable chair when priced affordably.

My next chair purchase will be from you.Previous review: It seemed comfortable and sturdy however worn out way too fast. A simple pressure to the armrest resulted it to be broken. Next time, I will buy with extended warranty .
