Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza Pack - 14 Ounce, Pack of 3 - Sprouted 7-Grain Flatbread Pizza Crust - Vegan, Kosher and Non-GMO (6 Crusts)

First off-- as other reviewers have pointed out, these DO come stuck together.. BUT, there is an easy solution...JUST USE A DANG BUTTERKNIFE to separate them! Come on peoples!Yes, it was mildly a pain in the butt to separate these with a butterknife every time I wanted to use one but I would gladly pay that inconvenience as opposed to the company adding unhealthy ingredients to combat that problem.Onto the taste-- I used these strictly for making personal pizzas and they turned out GREAT! I used pesto as a sauce and they did not get soggy with the oil. I topped with several veggies and cheese, threw it in my air fryer on 400 for about 6 minutes and they come out FANTASTIC!There's a nice crisp around the edges and the rest is a nice "dough like" texture. The flavor is AMAZING and compliments pizzas well.Some may be turned off by the price but a TWO PACK of "Boboli" personal size crusts are the same price and full of terrible ingredients. This is a 5 pack and wicked healthy! Give it a try--just use a butterknife when separating the crusts so they don't tear!

This product could easily rate a "5", but the quality lately has been very inconsistent. I've had to have the last two orders replaced because the crusts I received were stale, discolored and stuck together so firmly I couldn't separate them without tearing them up. This has happened only recently. Previous orders over several months were very good. I hope the quality improves, because I won't continue ordering if it doesn't.update 5/22/20: Ordered 2 packages and both were stale and stuck together. Guess I'll have to find another pizza crust.

I love making my own pizzas. I don't make my own pizza crusts, have been buying readymade. I prefer thin, whole wheat, but hard to find. I found this, whole grains, super thin, wonderful!!!!

When we lived in Illinois we used to buy Flatzza all the time at the Mariano's Grocery Store we shopped at. When you visit the Angelic Bakehouse website it says our beloved Flatzza is available at Whole Foods and Sprouts. Unfortunately, that is not true. It is likely that it is true if you are shopping at the Whole Foods or Sprouts in Wisconsin where I think Angelic is located or their neighboring states like Illinois. I would LOVE to be able to buy this product in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We were in Colorado Springs, CO for 6 weeks over the summer and I went into every store that Angelic said would have Flatzza and again, nothing. Amazon is amazing and at least I can now buy our favorite food item easily from Amazon, but Angelic Bakehouse, please go national with your amazing Flatzza! This is the best food in the world and you can make a zillion different recipes with it. It's awesome, please try it!

These crusts are delicious! However, I would not recommend purchasing the crusts from Amazon. Angelic Bakehouse advises that these crusts have a 6 month shelf life. However, when I went to use the crusts after having them in my pantry a little over a month, I found one package was overrun with mold. Luckily, the other two packages did not mold. Unfortunately, I am one week outside of the return window and I just lose the money for that package. It is better to buy in the store, buy direct from Angelic Bakery, or buy from another retailer.

I am on a scientific diet called the pritikin lifestyle plan. It's something I paid $28,000 to attend for 4 weeks and has been around since the 1960s. Anyway this particular item really makes me appreciate whole sprouted wheat. I've never tasted whole sprouted wheat in such a delectable way. And if you are restricted in your diet this is a great product. I don't use it for pizza LOL. I just will have half of a round once in awhile. So yummy it just stands on its own it's so well made with such good ingredients.

I should've taken a picture, but when I pulled this out of my pantry after a little over a week, I noticed a circular moldy spot about 3-4" in diameter showing partially through the window on the unopened packaging. In fairness to the product, I didn't look into the shelf life before storing it unopened at room temp for ~10 days, so that may very well be on me. Perhaps incorrectly, I made the assumption that ta product of this type that can be shipped in the mail is probably reasonably shelf-stable.One star from me because the product has low shelf-stability at best. If my expectations were unrealistic based on information available on the sale page (that I haven't yet noticed), I encourage the seller to reach out and point that out to me so I can adjust this review and accept responsibility for my oversight.For what it's worth, the non-moldy part of the product looked appetizing and had a pretty neat texture and heft to it. I imagine that one in good condition would indeed make a good pizza.

Better, more gourmet, and more wholesome than the fast casual pizza joints if you just put brush with olive oil, slice some onion, and add some quality sauce and cheese. We like to make with peppers, artichoke hearts, and nitrite-free pepperoni if available. One pie will serve four people, and each pack of these Flatzza crusts contains enough to make two. This is a delicious, 100% whole-grain product that that has become a staple in my family for quick and satisfying meals. A rare and excellent find.
