We have a one-story home with a door that has glass panels. I don't like someone being able to come up and look right in, but I also don't want to block out the light. I used this privacy film on the glass squares, and it's FANTASTIC! I've had it up for almost a year now, and it hasn't budged. Here are my tips:1. Make sure to thoroughly clean the surface first. I used rubbing alcohol and let it dry.2. Cut using a straight edge and a single blade. This is easier and gives you a more exact cut than scissors. If the piece is a hair too big, you can trim it down. Make sure it isn't too big. If the piece extends before the glass, it won't get a firm "seal" with the glass and may peel off.3.Drench the glass with a spray bottle first, then use a plastic spackling knife or something like a credit card to press it down and remove any air bubbles. This will also remove all of the excess water.That's it! It looks beautiful when the light shines through it and is totally gorgeous at night, too. Highly recommend!

I bought this for a little extra privacy but I still wanted to allow light in. Works great & easy to install. Very affordable & effective !

A huge difference for hiding all the junk in my cupboards. The top and bottom edges didn’t want to adhere to my glass but the door window frame edges held them down. Beautiful quality looking product. Doesn’t look cheap at will.

I was nervous that the bronze/brown color would be too dark for our space, but it has been dynamic and interesting. It appears almost clear in plain daylight, and takes on a more golden hue in the artificial light at night. The rainbow prism effect is subtle and pretty without being overwhelming or childish. Easy to apply. Would absolutely buy again.

First, this works well for a window film, was relatively easy to install save getting the film off, and looks nice. I ordered the “brown” and have been staring at it for a couple of days now waiting to see if that lovely golden color in the picture will magically appear. It doesn’t. The colors you see are largely based on what is one the other side of the film and how much light there is. In daylight conditions (not pictured) it is largely like looking through any other white opaque window film. In the above picture with led lights on both sides it does pic up some ambient color, but never gets that coppery sheen they show in the picture.

The size was not the size needed for the window so did have to cut them to fit each "square" in the window so that was the only reason it was slightly difficult to install, but not really. These were for a bathroom window that was in the very front of the home making it easy for anyone to see in. Wanting something to cover the window beside drapes and these are perfect as it does not allow people outside to see in and they are sticking well after being up for close to 2 months.

Poor adhering to the cleanest glass.
