nice and cozy
I ordered this for my third baby and have used from birth to 8 months so far. In hindsight, I would have preferred this over our regular size crib that I used for the first two. This is the size cribs should be, nice and cozy. The baby is in the 90th percentile, so its not that he's small. No problems transferring from a bassinet like I had with the first two, and in fact just used the top level and did without a bassinet. We don't keep our kids in a crib as long as some. If you want to keep them in a crib to keep them "contained" your child might outgrow this. We transfer to a toddler bed around 2 so I can't see needing a bigger crib. The other reason people might be claiming their babies outgrow this is if they mind that when they roll over they hit the side. That does happen but the baby keeps sleeping. Wouldn't that happen anyway no matter how big your crib? I don't move it around as much as I thought I might b/c it's not easy to maneuver around our tiny hallway without bumping into the walls and I don't want the finish to chip off. The place where we attached a mobile has dings, so expect that unless you handle it super gently. It does roll easily though and I imagine you might move it around more if you had a bigger house. I love that when we are done with it I can just fold it to put away in the attic but would still be ready for use should anyone need it.

Happy with my purchase
After reading several reviews stating that the crib had arrived chipped or with poor instructions, I was a little scared to purchase the Babyletto Mini Crib. However, I am extremely happy that I gave it a shot. Not only is it cute, but it also helps maximize space in a small bedroom (exactly what I needed). The crib is small but it is nothing less than I expected, since it is a âmini crib.âThe crib arrived nicely packaged/protected & was easy to assemble. I had no issues with chipped paint, etc. It comes with a very thin 1â mattress (uselesss); therefore, I suggest buying a thicker one. I bought the Babyletto Pure Core 3â and used the 1â as a mattress topper. Aside from that inconvenience, I would definitely recommend this item.

Great mini crib
I highly recommend this crib for anyone who needs something in a small space. I love that you can have the mattress at two separate heights and that it folds. Itâs very sturdy and easy to put together

All Hail the Mini Crib! Perfect for Smaller Spaces and WAY more comfortable for baby than the Pack and Play
Our 7 month old daughter is still sleeping in our room, but starting to transition to the big crib in our daughter's room. As you can imagine, it is a slow process getting a 7 month old and 3 year old to peacefully share a room!About 2 months ago, our 7 month old started sleeping fitfully in the Pack and Play after we lowered it to the lowest position. After actually feeling the sleeping pad on the Pack and Play- I could see why! It was so lumpy and uncomfortable... I felt a pang of guilt for not noticing before! We decided to bite the bullet and invest in a quality mini crib- and it was the right decision.Pros:Absolutely beautiful construction: This crib looks high end and feels high end. Despite being collapsible, it feels sturdy and solidCompact: it is the same size as a Pack and PlayVerstatile: we didnt get this crib in time to use the higher mattress position, but it does have two positionsHeirloom quality: this crib is going to my sister next, then probably a friend or cousin. It is top notch. It has a modern look about it too, which I appreciateSleep: the night we put baby on this real mattress (vs Pack and Play) she slept 6 hours straight. No joke. (vs 2 hours in the Pack and Play). Bottom line- Pack and Play is good in the basinette position, and for occasional use, but wasn't a good long term solution for us.Cons:Mattress: to call the mattress that comes with the Babyletto Mini crib flimsy is an understatement. Deducting one star for this. It is completely unusable. Luckily I had ordered the mattress too- it is really a must. https://www.amazon.com/Babyletto-Non-Toxic-Mattress-Hybrid-Waterproof/dp/B00HAZS67W/ref=sr_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1519410407&sr=8-4&keywords=babyletto+mini+crib+mattressSheets: I am all about jersey sheets for cribs. They are soft and fit snugly. Babyletto didn't offer any, but I rolled the dice and bought these sheets that fit perfectly: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0741CN9CD/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1. See picI have told a few friends about the mini crib idea. Apparently they are just not very popular right now, but I don't understand why. The APA recommends keeping baby in the parent's room for 1 year (not sure how realistic that is, but still)- and lots of parents rooms don't have space for a full sized crib. We also live in a large city and we, like most city houses, are tight on space. I am betting on mini cribs making a big comeback and I would highly recommend the Babyletto if you are going the mini crib route. I did my research and am very happy with the decision. I think you would be too.

Wonderful crib
I love this crib, it fits perfectly in my small nursery, and fits with the modern style I was going for. I love that it easily fits through doorways unlike traditionally sized cribs, which makes it possible for me to move around the house if necessary. I also love how easily it folds down, we travel out of state frequently to visit family, and this will be wonderful for baby to have something safe and comfortable to sleep in for several days instead of sleeping in a pack-n-play. The crib is fairly simple to put together alone, although it would be easier if you have another set of hands to help out. I would highly recommend this crib. The only drawback is finding sheets and crib linens that fit it. The selection is much smaller, but it is possible to find something cute or to resize larger items to for this one.

Beautifully constructed!
This small crib is beautiful. We bought it for our small Yorkie whose bed needed to match our new bedroom furniture! (I know, nice doggie bed!) Anyway, it was easy to assemble and is very well made and packaged very nicely & securely! Weâre very pleased!
